CAPITOL SODA ROOT BEER

FIRST TASTE:

This is a root beer made by Capitol Soda (not to be confused with Capitol Beverage Sales, distributors of Boylan drinks). So far, this is the only root beer on my list that is, reportedly, no longer available either bottled or canned. I tried this root beer from a fountain in Connecticut.

Upon first taste, there was a hint of cinnamon added to its ingredients.  It was a little watery, but smooth going down.

AFTER TASTE:

The smoothness continued and the cinnamon tasted lingered.

It was a little odd to me to taste cinnamon in a root beer. It wasn’t too bad, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
